What is Metallizing?

Vacuum Metallizing is a process which facilitates creation of a metal layer on substrate under vacuum conditions. It’s a three layer coating process in which
  • First layer is the base coating which is used for adhesion.
  • Second layer is the aluminium metal under vacuum.
  • Third layer is the top coating which is used for protection of aluminium film and is scratch resistant.
